2) Contest Period
The Contest begins February 1st, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) and ends March 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the "Contest Period").
The Sponsor's computer clock is the official timekeeping device.
3) Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of British Columbia who are 19 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives of the Sponsor and its advertising/promotional agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible.
4) How to Enter (Service Invoice Entry)
One (1) entry is automatically awarded for each paid customer service invoice issued by Richmond Hyundai with valid contact information.
1 service invoice = 1 entry.
Multiple eligible invoices generate multiple entries.
Ineligible invoices include:
- warranty-only repairs
- internal/employee repairs
- no-charge rework
- goodwill repairs at no charge
- voided/refunded invoices
- fleet/commercial accounts
- non-customer-pay invoices
5) No Purchase Necessary Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
Submit one (1) handwritten entry during the Contest Period to:

Your entry must include:
- Full name
- Age
- Mailing address
- Phone number
- Email address
- 50--100 word statement: "Why I choose Richmond Hyundai for service."
AMOE Limit: One (1) per person
Deadline: March 31, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. PT
6) Prizes
Three (3) prizes will be awarded.
Each prize is a cheque equal to the eligible service invoice total, up to a maximum of $1,000 CAD (including taxes).
Prize exclusions include:
Tips, towing, insurance claims, sublet repairs, rentals, merchandise, or other expenses unless stated otherwise.
7) Winner Selection (Draw)
Three (3) winners will be selected by random draw.
Date: March 31, 2026
Time: On or about 12:00 p.m. PT

8) Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted within five (5) business days.
9) Skill-Testing Question & Verification
- Correctly answer a skill-testing question
- Sign a Declaration & Release
- Provide valid government-issued photo ID
10) Prize Award
Cheques will be issued within approximately 30 days of verification.
11) General Conditions
Sponsor decisions are final. Sponsor may modify or terminate the Contest if integrity is compromised.
12) Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the value of the Prize.
13) Privacy
Information is used solely for contest administration and optional marketing.
14) Publicity
Winners consent to promotional use of name and likeness unless prohibited by law.
15) Governing Law
Governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada.
